Estimated delivery time

To serve the excitement you experience when shopping online, we get equally excited in delivering the product(s) as quickly as possible and without a scratch. While we do our best to do just that, some things are simply not in our control, such as time taken by shipping companies to deliver products, weather, strikes or several other unforeseen reasons. On a normal day, it takes about;

• 1 – 3 Days for orders delivered via Express Courier,
• 4 – 8 Days for orders delivered via Economy Service,
• 2 – 7 Days for orders delivered via Bilty (Trucking System).

In the event of a delay, our dedicated customer service representatives will keep you updated and provide every possible assistance in getting your orders delivered at earliest.

We are unable to dispatch orders on Sundays and on public holidays. If we receive your order by 4 pm on a work day, it will most probably be dispatched the same day. Order placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the following working day.
