1: 7-Day Replacement Warranty for Faulty Products:

• If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, you have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
• To initiate a replacement request for a faulty product, please contact our customer support team at sales@naturedivine.pk / Whatsapp +923361614000 and provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
• Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the faulty product back to us at your own expense.
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a replacement of the same product free of cost, including the shipping fees.

2: Restocking Fee for Non-Faulty Products:

• If you wish to return a non-faulty product that is unused and unopened, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
• To return a non-faulty product, please contact our customer support team at sales@naturedivine.pk / Whatsapp +923361614000 within 7 days of receiving the item and provide your order details.
• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the product’s purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee.

General Return Guidelines:

1. All return requests, whether for faulty or non-faulty products, must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials.
3. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your order confirmation and receipt.
4. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.
5. If a product is found to be damaged due to improper handling or misuse, it may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
8. Faulty products will be replaced with the same products only.
9. If a gift or discount voucher was used for the original purchase, it will be refunded as store credit only.
