Return and Replacement Policy

1. 7-Day Replacement Warranty for Faulty Products

  • If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, you have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
  • To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer support team at sales@naturedivine.pk or WhatsApp +92 336 1614000, providing your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the faulty product back to us at your own expense.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a replacement of the same product free of cost, including shipping fees.

2. Return Policy for Prepaid Orders

  • If an unused prepaid order is returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For products returned in a used condition, our team will evaluate the item’s condition, and in addition to the 10% restocking fee, further charges may apply based on the assessment.

Replacements for Prepaid Orders:

  • Products in unused condition will be replaced free of cost.
  • If the product is in a used condition, a 10% restocking fee will be applicable.
  • Shipping charges paid by the customer for returning the product will not be refunded.

3. Return Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • If an unused product is returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For products returned in a used condition, our team will assess the item’s condition, and in addition to the 10% restocking fee, further charges may apply based on the evaluation.

Replacements for COD Orders:

  • Products in unused condition will be replaced free of cost.
  • If the product is in a used condition, our team will aseess the item’s condition, and in addition to the 10% restocking fee, further charges may apply based on the evalutation.
  • Shipping charges will be applied to the replacement order.
  • Shipping charges paid by the customer for returning the product will not be refunded.

4. General Return Guidelines

  • All return requests, whether for faulty or non-faulty products, must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your order confirmation and receipt.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Faulty products will be replaced with the same products only.
  • If a gift or discount voucher was used for the original purchase, it will be refunded as store credit only.
